Stuff You Missed at Rainbow Mountain Resort in 2008
December 26-28
 We hope your holidays have been merry and bright. Congrats to Andrew and Daniel for their success in the last round of our Annual Karaoke Contest. We anticipate all 10 - count 'em 10 - preliminary winners will be joining us on Thursday, January 1, at 10 pm on the Big Stage in the Dance Club for the Grand Finale, when all prizes will be awarded - including $300 CA$H to the Winner! We would also like to thank all the folks who donated toys to Santa's Sleigh.
The thank you note we received follows. Times are never too tight to be kind.

December 19-21
"Let it snow." - Like we had a choice! Lots of snow this weekend, starting on Friday morning and extending throughout the day, making Mount Nebo Road a nightmare and forcing us to close the Restaurant and Nightclub. We were able to shovel our way out on Saturday and are delighted to congratulate Tom and Mike on their first and second place finishes in the penultimate leg of our Annual Karaoke Contest. Everyone got home safely, before the skies reopened in the early morning hours of Sunday to add an additional blanket of white. We are that Winter Wonderland! |

NYC gay funnyman Brad Loekle killed on Friday; also, Karaoke Contest, round 3 (congrats to Jim and Patsy). Saturday night, we kicked it off with a one-hour open cosmo and beer bar and bountiful finger food. As always, we do our best to get you all liquored-up and happy before the Annual Employee and Friends Holiday Show - our deepest appreciation to all the folks who participated. |
